BY SUBMITTING A REQUEST WITH BATTLE BORN RESEARCH GROUP A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, YOU (THE “CUSTOMER”) HEREBY CONFIRM AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

FEES:

Nonrefundable research fees are required on all policy location cases in the amount of $150. Should you need results quicker than our typical turnaround time, additional fees will apply. These fees are outlined on our pricing pages. 

 

Invoices for claims assessments will only be sent when information is successfully verified.

 

 

TURN AROUND TIMES:

Policy location cases are typically completed in 14 business days and claims assessment in 3-5 business days. For guaranteed turnaround times please submit your case as a rush. 

 

Rush cases are guaranteed to be completed within the paid for completion timeline- this fee is nonrefundable. 

For policy location cases we offer 7 day rushes, 3 day rushes and 12 hour rushes all at an additional fee.

For claims assessment cases we offer 2 business day rushes, 12 hour rushes and 6 hour rushes all at an additional fee.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Our policy for duplicate cases and canceling requests for Policy Location are as follows:

 

If we catch the duplicate before researching both we will notify you and cancel one of the cases. We will provide a full refund of the $150.00 research fee.

If we have already begun our research we will be unable to refund this fee. We use the research fee you pay to fund the research on your case. 

We can not cancel a request after we have verified a policy and sent your results.  

 

Our policy for canceling Claims Assessment requests:

If you cancel before we have begun your request there are no charges.

If you cancel after we have completed our research but we have not sent your results there is a $50.00 cancelation fee. This fee is used to pay the researcher assigned to your request.

If we have already provided you with the results for your Claims Assessment we can not cancel your request.

 

REFUNDS:

If our results are ever incorrect we will provide a full refund.
