Pricing- Policy Location
All cases require a $150 nonrefundable research fee. If we are unable to verify a policy active on the date of loss, we will provide a summary of all relevant information located during our research. When a policy is located we will send an invoice with all additional charges and provide you with the policy details.

Please note: $150 research fee (due upon case submission) is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the total charge when a policy is located.

Example: a request for a homeowners policy is requested. First invoice is a $150 research fee, due upon submission. If a policy is located an additional invoice for $425 will be sent ($575-$150 research fee). If no policy is located, no additional invoice will be sent.
Rush Charges:
Standard processing time is 14 business days. Rushes are available for an additional fee. The rush fee is due with your research fee upon submission of a case. Please note, the rush fee is not refundable nor is it deducted from the fee for results.

Example: a request for an auto policy, 7 day rush is requested. First invoice $150 research fee + $150 rush fee ($300 due upon case submission). If a policy is located an additional invoice for $395 will be sent ($545-$150 research fee). If no policy is located, no additional invoice will be sent.
